Terms of service

By creating an account, signing in, opening a payment page, or using TTLiveConnect, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

If you use TTLiveConnect for a business, creator team, agency, or managed account, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these Terms for that account.

TTLiveConnect helps TikTok Live creators connect a stream handle, configure sound alerts, text-to-speech, game bridge commands, and browser-source overlays for OBS or TikTok Live Studio.

Features may be added, changed, paused, or removed as the product evolves. Beta features may be unstable, limited, or disabled while we improve them.

You may sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping access to your Google account, dashboard, overlay links, and game connection keys secure.

You must provide accurate account and stream setup information. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account unless the activity is caused by a security failure on our side.

TTLiveConnect is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok. References to TikTok Live, OBS, TikTok Live Studio, Google, Myinstants, Freesound, and other service partners identify third-party services or integrations only.

The service depends on third-party platforms and unofficial or changing live-stream interfaces. TikTok, browser, OBS, or platform changes may delay, break, limit, or block parts of TTLiveConnect without notice.

You keep ownership of your creator names, handles, sounds, command text, mappings, overlay settings, and other content or configuration that you add to TTLiveConnect.

You give TTLiveConnect permission to store, copy, process, send, and show that content only as needed to provide the dashboard, overlays, alerts, billing, support, security, and troubleshooting.

You must use TTLiveConnect responsibly and comply with applicable laws, platform rules, and these Terms.

• Do not use the service to harass, dox, threaten, defraud, spam, or abuse viewers, creators, platform operators, or TTLiveConnect.
• Do not upload, link, trigger, or display illegal, infringing, hateful, sexually exploitative, or otherwise harmful content.
• Do not try to bypass billing, safety checks, fair-use limits, or account protections.
• Do not provide private TikTok connection details, game connection keys, or account access details that you are not authorized to use.

Paid Pro subscriptions are handled by our payment provider. The payment page shows the current price, billing interval, taxes, and supported payment methods before purchase. TTLiveConnect does not store full card numbers or bank details.

Monthly and annual Pro subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel from Settings → Plan or the billing page. Unless a refund, payment dispute, safety review, or Terms violation applies, Pro access remains active until the end of the paid period and then returns to Free.

First-time Pro subscribers may request a refund within 14 days of the first paid Pro purchase by emailing support@ttliveconnect.com from the email address used for payment. Renewal charges, later billing cycles, re-subscriptions, upgrades, downgrades, and unused time are handled case by case. Our payment provider may also issue refunds or handle payment disputes under its own policies.

TTLiveConnect is provided as-is and as-available. We work to keep the service useful for live creators, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, exact event delivery, perfect timing, error-free overlays, or compatibility with every stream setup.

Livestreaming tools can affect creator revenue, audience experience, and production quality. You are responsible for testing overlays, alerts, commands, and browser sources before relying on them during a live show.

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if we reasonably believe your account violates these Terms, creates security or platform risk, causes service abuse, or is required by law or a payment partner.

You may stop using TTLiveConnect at any time. You may request account deletion by emailing support@ttliveconnect.com, subject to records we must keep for billing, fraud prevention, legal compliance, security, or dispute handling.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, TTLiveConnect is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost revenue, lost viewers, lost data, platform restrictions, failed streams, or business interruption.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited. Some jurisdictions give consumers mandatory rights that these Terms do not override.

We may update these Terms as the product, laws, service partners, or billing flows change. The updated date on this page tells you when the latest version took effect.
