You get the full Pro feature set for seven days. We do not charge your card until day 8. Cancel any time from Settings → Plan and your card is never charged.
Yes. Cancel right inside the dashboard under Settings → Plan without leaving the app. Pro stays active until the end of your current billing period, then drops to Free automatically.
Free overlays keep working with your settings. Pro-only overlay settings stay saved in your account, but Pro-only overlays do not render while the account is Free.
There is no count limit on Pro. Each MP3 file can be up to 5 MB and 30 seconds. Free accounts can still play every starter gift sound and every Myinstants meme SFX.
Each TTLiveConnect account is linked to one TikTok handle today. If you stream from more than one TikTok account, create a separate TTLiveConnect account for each handle.
Email support@ttliveconnect.com for any account question. Pro accounts also get priority reconnect when TikTok drops your stream, so reactions resume faster.
Yes. First-time Pro subscribers can request a refund within 14 days of the first paid Pro purchase by emailing support@ttliveconnect.com from the address used for payment.
Charges go through in USD. Your bank converts at standard Visa or Mastercard rates, and SEA cards are accepted.
